How do you ensure the freshness of your products during shipping?

All Diamond Bakery items are baked to order and vacuum-sealed or placed in airtight packaging before being shipped in temperature-controlled boxes to ensure they arrive at your door tasting oven-fresh.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

Yes, we have a dedicated selection of gluten-free and vegan cookies and breads. Please check the 'Dietary Needs' section on our menu for a full list of ingredients and allergen information.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.

How long will my baked goods stay fresh?

Most of our cookies and crackers have a shelf life of 2-4 weeks if kept in a cool, dry place. For our fresh breads, we recommend consuming them within 3-5 days or freezing them for up to a month.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. We are working on expanding our international shipping capabilities soon to bring our island flavors worldwide.

Can I track my order once it has been placed?

Absolutely. Once your order is baked and dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery's progress in real-time.
