Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we cannot accept returns once a product has left our facility; however, we are committed to your satisfaction and will replace or refund any order that arrives damaged or incorrect.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, please immediately examine your package for any signs of transit damage or missing items from your Diamond Bakery order.
- 2.Document the Issue
Take clear photographs of the damaged product and the shipping packaging to help us process your claim with the carrier.
- 3.Contact Customer Care
Email our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the quality concern.
- 4.Resolution Process
Once your claim is reviewed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a fresh replacement at no additional cost to you.
